My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location is superb, just above a restaurant and very near the Central Station. The rooms are spacious with two beds, a small balcony, and a jetted tub with its own jacuzzi, making them very comfortable. The service, however, lacked responsibility and hospitality. The hotel offers room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and a paid shuttle service, but it wasn't up to par. The price was reasonable, but some improvements in service are needed. The hotel's location near the metro allows for easy access to various places, receiving a high rating for convenience.
